Responsibilities
Certified brand experts, staying up to date on all Toyota models, features, and technologies. Possess strong product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of all Toyota models and their features, functions and associated benefits along with warranty coverages for both new/cpo/used vehicles.
Proactively greet customers in the showroom, provide personalized demonstrations of vehicles (post Finance delivery), and answer any questions about Toyota products and services.
Work alongside Toyota sales team members and management to ensure smooth transitions between Sales - Finance - Service - Vehicle Delivery - Follow Up
Ensure a smooth and seamless vehicle delivery process, explaining all the car's features and functionalities to the new owner post Finance.
Assist in follow-up with customers after their new/used car purchase to ensure they are satisfied and to address any further questions or concerns.
Brand Ambassadors, promoting the Toyota brand and its products with enthusiasm, conviction and knowledge.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales/service business and referrals.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear manner and build rapport with customers.
Customer service oriented and focused on providing a positive, memorable and informative customer experience.
Professional appearance and demeanor: Representing Pat Lobb and the Toyota brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license
