Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's experience
• Serve as an advocate to Pat Lobb Toyota by sharing the brand.
• Communicate effectively to customers both in person and over the phone by listening and understanding customer's needs and wants.
• Consulting and guiding customers to take the next appropriate step in the buying process.
• Facilitating steps of the sale, including the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives and submitting finance applications.
• Participate and maintain Toyota product knowledge through on-going training and self-development. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience necessary – Toyota sales experience is a plus!
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Eager to learn new product knowledge with a desire to improve skills
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
